You need this for lunch! This is an amped up Korean-style ham and cheese sandwich! Known as Korean Street Toast (Gilgeori), it’s made with a slightly sweet vegetable-egg patty, shaved Hobbs’ ham, melty cheddar, buttery toasted pain de mie and a sriracha-ketchup and kewpie Mayo.
